Last Date of Online Application :  8th March 2025 (11:55 PM)
Rehearsal                                      :  24th March, 2025 (1:00 PM)

Download the Convocation Pass after the last date of online application in order to ensure the latest  information is displayed on the Pass.

i) Register in the portal using a valid email id.

ii) After email registration, click on "Already Registered User" to fill the online form.

iii) Verified and accepted applicants shall be given Convocation Entry Pass, which will be downloadable on the portal. All applicants must bring the printed copy of Convocation Entry Pass on Rehearsal Day and Convocation Day.

iv) Care must be taken by the Applicants while selecting “Category” which has two option to choose:

a) Regular Programme Student (for Full Time Regular programme students)
           b) Online Programme Student (for Online mode students)

Fee payble for Online Programme Students, Rs. 700/-. No fee required for Regular Programme Students as the fee has been included in Semester fees.

v) Online Programme name are prefixed with “Online Programme” and applicant must ensure the correct programme name is selected.

vi) Applicants must enter "MZU Registration Number" in "Enrollment Number" field. 

vii) In "Mailing City" field, "District" name may be selected.

viii) The following fields are not mandatory:
      (a) Name in Hindi     (b) ABC ID    (c) Digilocker ID

ix) Only parents of the following awardees will be allowed to participate in the Convocation:
     (a) PhD scholars          (b) Book prize winners
